Swim and SUP the Sound 2026

Enjoy a day in North Sound Virgin Gorda, swimming the Sound of aboard a paddle board and help VISAR continue its life saving mission. The popular event this year will be held on June 7th. VISAR – Virgin Islands Search and Rescue, is a non-profit, all volunteer group dedicated to coming to the aid of boaters in distress.

Billed as a family fun day, the event will be held at Leverick Bay in North Sound. Test your mettle in these popular water sports. Activities will include 2 mile and 1/2 mile swim races and the popular SUP (stand up paddle board) race. The races will be followed by an enjoyable afternoon of beach games and a great barbecue.
